If you fall under the conditions to use an account balance, you will either see Cost Per Text or Cost Per Text or both.  The Cost Per Text  is simply the amount we are charged to send you an alert message via a phone text to your number.  If you are curious what the different costs are, you can check out the pricing for every country here.  Every time you send a Text alert, we check your current price, and update it on your account page immediately.  If you are able to get another number that lowers our cost, you can change it on your account page and you'll see it reflected on your account page after you send your first Text alert.
